One ordinary day in the quiet little town of Olwinskirk a chain of extraordinary events began to take place bringing the lives of Betty, Albert, Billy and the local undertaker, Tristan de Winter to an uncomfortable crossroads.

Albert Blunderstone has been hiding abroad for ten years after having committed a bank robbery. On the day that he flies home to attend a funeral, he befriends Betty and her husband Billy Blenkinsopp.

Betty and Al trick Billy into a life of crime where he is made to be "THE PATSY" whilst delivering "THE PASTIES" to the corner shop.

Billy Blenkinsopp..........

  • born on the 17th March
  • worked at 17, Willingham High Street
  • his lottery numbers always carried the number 17 in various permutations
  • killed by the number 17 bus escaping from a robbery he did not commit.

"Seriously Dead!" is the story of Billy Blenkinsopp's return to clear his name.

In this everyday tale of passion, poison, pies, pasties and romance, the lives of Betty, Albert, Billy and the local undertaker Tristan de Winter become inextricably linked towards a path that is leading to The Pearly Gates ....and a disgruntled Guardian Angel named Thelma.

This brand new comedy play will have you dying with laughter!!
